These Terms of Service apply to your use of EthioKids Learning, including our website, learning app, lessons, games, parent accounts, Free content, Premium subscription features, and related services.

EthioKids Learning is a children's learning product operated by Amonie Software Solutions LLC. By using the service, creating an account, or purchasing Premium access, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product and Legal Operator

EthioKids Learning is the parent-facing product and learning brand. Amonie Software Solutions LLC is the legal business operator of the service.

2. Parent or Guardian Responsibility

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for creating and managing accounts, choosing appropriate grade levels, selecting learning settings, reviewing child progress, and supervising children's use of the service.

Children should use EthioKids Learning with parent or guardian involvement. Parents and guardians are responsible for making sure the service is appropriate for each child.

3. Account Use

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login information secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your parent account.

4. Free and Premium Access

EthioKids Learning may offer Free starter content and paid Premium content. Free content may include limited lessons, sample activities, starter games, and preview features.

Premium access may include expanded lessons, games, tracing, audio-supported learning, progress features, parent tools, certificates, and additional learning activities. Premium features may vary by grade, subject, language, platform, or availability.

5. Premium Plans and Pricing

Premium plan options may include Monthly Premium at $4.99/month and Annual Premium at $39.99/year. Current prices, billing periods, and plan details are shown before checkout.

We may update pricing, features, trial offers, discounts, or plan availability from time to time. Any pricing changes will apply as described at checkout, renewal, or in any notice provided to you.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium subscriptions are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and for reviewing the plan, price, renewal period, and terms before completing checkout.

EthioKids Learning does not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment processing, payment security, and payment method handling are managed by the payment provider.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription through the available billing portal, Stripe customer portal, account billing tools, or by contactingEthioKids Learning support.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund previous payments unless a refund is approved under our refund policy or required by applicable law.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed according to our Refund Policy. To request help with billing, cancellation, or refunds, contact us using the parent account email connected to the subscription.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• Attempting to access another user's account
• Sharing your login information with unauthorized users
• Copying, scraping, reselling, or redistributing Premium content
• Bypassing payment, access controls, or subscription limits
• Uploading or sending harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Interfering with app security, performance, or availability
• Using the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes

10. Educational Content

EthioKids Learning provides educational materials for children and families, including lessons, games, reading, writing, math, science, coding, Ethiopian language learning, and related activities.

We work to keep content age-appropriate, helpful, and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every lesson will meet every school, district, curriculum, or parent requirement. Parents and guardians should review learning content and choose what is appropriate for each child.

11. AI-Supported Learning Features

Some lessons may include AI-supported teacher guidance, hints, feedback, or practice support. AI-supported features are designed to assist learning and should not replace parent, guardian, or teacher judgment.

12. Intellectual Property

The EthioKids Learning name, app design, lessons, games, curriculum structure, images, text, audio, code, and related content are owned by or licensed to Amonie Software Solutions LLC, unless otherwise stated.

You may use the service for personal, family, and educational purposes. You may not copy, sell, publish, redistribute, or create competing products from our content without written permission.

13. Service Changes

We may update, add, remove, pause, or change lessons, games, Premium features, prices, policies, availability, and technical functionality as the product improves.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being used in violation of these Terms, for fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, payment issues, security concerns, or other harmful activity.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information. By using EthioKids Learning, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

16. No Guarantee of Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, outages, third-party provider issues, security events, or technical problems.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Amonie Software Solutions LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we may update the date below and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
